Accessibility Consultation Using Universal Design
Our accessibility consultation goes beyond wheelchair access. Working with architects, we provide accessibility consultation based on the principles of universal design.
Universal design strives to create environments which are appealing and useful to the widest range of people, both with and without disabilities.
The executive with a back injury, the attorney who has difficulty reading standard size print, the child who cannot reach fixtures at adult height, the grandmother who is experiencing hearing loss— all can benefit from universal design.
Our use of universal design stems from our deep commitment to the goal of inclusion in all we do.
